All sales are final. All sales are in U.S. Dollars. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law.

Digital products only We sell digital products only, such as informational guides and downloads. Once an order is placed and access is delivered electronically, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Sweepstakes entries tied to purchases If your purchase includes sweepstakes entries, your entries are automatically and immediately submitted and recorded after checkout.

Voiding or disqualifying purchase-based entries Sponsor reserves the right to void or disqualify any purchase-based entries associated with fraud, abuse, tampering, manipulation, attempts to exceed limits, bots or automated methods, third-party entry services, falsified information, chargebacks, canceled or refunded orders, reversed payments, or unauthorized transactions, as permitted under the Official Rules. This applies to purchase-based entries only and does not affect valid AMOE entries submitted by mail. We will not alter or remove sweepstakes entries that were submitted; instead, any entries associated with a refunded, reversed, or charged-back purchase may be marked void and ineligible, as permitted under the Official Rules.

Billing issues and access problems If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charge) or you did not receive access due to a technical issue, contact us at info@flippingteam.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will review and, when appropriate, correct billing errors or restore access.
