FIX & FLIP CON TODO #1 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by FA HOMES LLC dba The Flipping Team, 4058 13th Street, Suite 1052, Saint Cloud, FL 34769 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are of the age of majority in their state of residence as of 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on March 15, 2026 (18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi). Employees, officers, directors, managers, and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. VOID IN NEW YORK, PUERTO RICO, CANADA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Entrants must be able to receive an IRS Form 1099 and provide a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number (SSN or ITIN) via IRS Form W-9 as a condition of receiving the prize. If a selected potential winner cannot provide the required tax documentation, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on March 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter. Limit 1,000 entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry, unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing. Any change to the entry limit will apply to all entrants and will be posted at the Official Rules Posting location in Section 15.

PURCHASE METHOD

During the Sweepstakes Period, for every one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on Sponsor’s eligible digital products at https://store.flippingteam.com/ (excluding taxes), you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries are awarded based on whole U.S. dollars spent (excluding taxes), rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Purchases are for digital products. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Sponsor may announce bonus entry multipliers or limited-time entry promotions from time to time. Any such bonus will be described in the Official Rules Posting location identified in Section 15 and, if applicable, on the applicable promotional page during the bonus period.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following on a 3 inch by 5 inch card:

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per envelope. An entrant may submit up to the overall limit of 1,000 entries by sending separate envelopes, one entry card per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 5, 2026.

Bulk shipments, third-party entry services, and mechanically reproduced or automated entries will not be accepted. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, damaged, or do not comply with these Official Rules are void.

EQUAL DIGNITY AND BONUS ENTRY PROMOTIONS

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes offers a free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) by mail. Purchase-based entries and AMOE entries will be treated with equal dignity. No entrant will be given a different chance of winning based on the method of entry.

From time to time, Sponsor may offer limited-time bonus entry promotions (each, a “Bonus Promotion”), such as a multiplier that increases the number of entries awarded for qualifying entries submitted during a specified promotional window. If Sponsor offers a Bonus Promotion, Sponsor will post the Bonus Promotion details at https://store.flippingteam.com/pages/official-rules, including the start and end date and time (Eastern Time) and the multiplier that will apply.

If a Bonus Promotion is offered, it will apply equally to purchase-based entries and AMOE entries submitted during the Bonus Promotion window, subject to the overall entry limit in these Official Rules.

AMOE Bonus Credit Notation. To receive bonus credit for an AMOE entry during a Bonus Promotion window, the entrant must (i) submit the AMOE entry in compliance with Section 4.2, (ii) ensure the outer envelope is postmarked within the Bonus Promotion window, and (iii) handwrite the word “BONUS” on the outside of the envelope (“Handwritten Notation”). If the Handwritten Notation is missing, illegible, or not on the outside of the envelope, the AMOE entry will be processed as a standard (non-bonus) entry, even if it is postmarked within the Bonus Promotion window.

Sponsor’s records, including the posted Bonus Promotion details, postmark dates, and entry processing logs, are final and binding for purposes of awarding bonus credit, absent manifest error. Bonus Promotions do not allow any entrant to exceed the maximum number of entries permitted under these Official Rules.

ENTRY INTEGRITY AND ATTEMPTS TO EXCEED LIMITS

Sponsor may disqualify any person and void any entries if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the person (i) attempted to exceed entry limits, (ii) used multiple identities, multiple accounts, or false information, (iii) used automated methods, scripts, bots, or any other method to generate entries, (iv) used third-party entry services or agents, (v) attempted to manipulate the entry process, the website, checkout, or any promotion mechanics, or (vi) otherwise acted in a disruptive, unfair, or abusive manner.

Sponsor may, at any time, require additional verification to confirm an entrant’s identity, age, and state of residence, including requesting government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification within the time specified by Sponsor (which will be no less than three (3) days, unless a shorter period is required due to end-of-sweepstakes administration) may result in disqualification and voiding of entries. Sponsor may void entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, forged, mechanically reproduced, generated by automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the validity of entries and enforcement of limits are final.

PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Vehicle Description: The Vehicle is a 2024 Ford F-350 Heavy Duty with an approximate retail value of $75,000. The Vehicle is awarded “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for all costs and requirements associated with acceptance and use of the Vehicle, including registration, title, licensing, insurance, and any applicable taxes, fees, and charges. Any optional features, accessories, maintenance, fuel, transportation, and any other costs not expressly stated as included are the winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor will determine the delivery method and timing in its sole discretion, subject to winner verification and completion of required documents.

Cash Alternative Option. If the verified winner cannot or does not wish to accept the Vehicle, the winner may elect to receive a cash alternative in the amount of $40,000 in lieu of the Vehicle (the “Cash Alternative”). If the Cash Alternative is selected, the winner forfeits all rights to the Vehicle and will receive only the Cash Alternative. Election must be made by email to info@flippingteam.com and Sponsor will confirm receipt by return email. The Cash Alternative is not represented as equal to the Vehicle ARV.

Election Deadline. The verified winner must notify Sponsor in writing of the election to accept the Cash Alternative within three (3) days after the verification instructions are sent. If the verified winner does not make a timely election, the default prize will be the Vehicle (subject to verification and timely completion of required documents).

Condition of Award. Prize award is conditioned upon winner verification, timely completion and return of all required documents, and compliance with these Official Rules.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except as expressly stated herein or as required by law.

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about September 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
The potential winner will be notified by telephone, text and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. Email/text notice is effective when sent. Entrants are responsible for monitoring inbox and spam/junk folders. Sponsor may attempt follow-up contact at least one (1) additional time.

The potential winner must respond within three (3) days of notification.

To claim either the Vehicle or the Cash Alternative, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, provide a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 (including a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number, such as a Social Security Number or ITIN), and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and any additional verification requested by Sponsor (including proof of address), within three (3) days.

Failure to respond within the required time, failure to return required documents on time, inability to verify eligibility, inability to provide required tax documentation (including a valid SSN or ITIN), or failure to otherwise comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

TAXES AND OTHER COSTS
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for all costs associated with prize acceptance and use.

If the winner accepts the Vehicle, the winner is responsible for all costs and requirements associated with prize acceptance and use, including registration, title, licensing, insurance, and any applicable state or local taxes, fees, and charges.

If the winner elects the Cash Alternative, no vehicle transfer costs apply. Winner remains responsible for any applicable income taxes on the Cash Alternative.

Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner as required by law for the value of the prize awarded (Vehicle ARV if the Vehicle is awarded, or the Cash Alternative amount if the Cash Alternative is awarded). Vehicle ARV is determined by Sponsor in good faith using commercially reasonable and objective sources.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, void any entries, and/or ban any person from future promotions for fraud, abuse, tampering, manipulation of the entry process, attempts to exceed stated limits, use of bots, scripts, automated entry methods, VPNs or proxies, use of third-party entry services, falsified information, or any conduct that Sponsor determines is disruptive, unfair, or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Entries associated with an order that is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, deemed unauthorized, or otherwise not successfully completed may be voided in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may also void entries associated with suspected fraud or abuse, including suspected “friendly fraud” chargebacks or other payment disputes used to obtain entries without a valid purchase. This applies to purchase-based entries only and does not affect valid AMOE entries. Sponsor may reject and void any entry from a resident of New York, Puerto Rico and Canada, and such entries are ineligible and void. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, in its discretion, conduct the drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage Sponsor’s website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entry counts, the validity of entries, or compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor’s records and determinations shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited or restricted by law.

PRIVACY

Information collected from Entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes, ve
rify eligibility, contact the winner, and deliver the prize, and may also be used for marketing as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is available at https://store.flippingteam.com/policies/privacy-policy

OFFICIAL RULES POSTING

These Official Rules will be available at https://store.flippingteam.com/pages/official-rules during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor may update the content at that address after the Sweepstakes ends for subsequent promotions. Any notices applicable to this Sweepstakes will be posted at that address during the Sweepstakes Period.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor will contact you only via the phone number and/or the email address you provided at entry (including your AMOE entry card, if applicable). You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information, or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Those are sure signs of a scam.

Sponsor does NOT use social media to contact potential winners. For U.S. winners, prize winnings may need to be reported to the IRS when filing your tax returns, and any federal or state income taxes would need to be paid by you directly to the IRS.
